1 pound grated zucchini (not peeled,which will yield about 4 cups of packed, grated zucchini, using the large holes on a box grater)
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 vegetable oil
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional, to sprinkle on top)
2 eggs
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cup powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
