Mackerel pasta salad

2 handfuls of black olives, stones in
4 handfuls of green beans, topped but not tailed
400g farfalle or other dried pasta
400g ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
a jar of good quality mackerel, drained and broken into big pieces
a small bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley, leaves picked
extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
