Rhubarb Iced Tea

Ingredients in this Recipe

  • 1 2 cup of sugar (That's what it says in my grandmothers recipe. I use 1 cup of sugar, but you can adjust to taste.)
  • 6 inch piece of mint (or up to a 12 inch piece depending on how minty you like it)
  • 8 cups of water; divided
  • 8 10 stalks of rhubarb; cut into 1 inch pieces
  • Juice of 1 lemon
