1 leek
1 small cucumber
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 level teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika or chili powder
100g rocket, washed and spun dry
150ml vegetable oil
2 carrots
2 lemons, 1 cut into wedges
2 red onions
2.5cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
3 spring onions, trimmed
50ml soured cream
75g chickpea flour
a small bunch of fresh coriander, leaves chopped
mustard seeds
olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
