A Simply Elegant Peach Tart

Ingredients in this Recipe

1 egg
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (optional... but really if you have it, go for it!)
1 1/2 tablespoon heavy cream
1 2 tablespoon peach jam made ahead easily with fresh peaches cooked down with a little water and sugar for a few hours then pureed. *store bought is fine as long as it's not too sweet.
1/2 cup ice water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons lard, cubed *you could substitute for crisco here but I don't like using hydrogenated oils
7 8 ripe peaches, skinned and sliced
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed and very cold
