fresh ground pepper
garlic cloves, minced
green bell pepper, diced
harissa, for a spicier, deeper flavor(optional)
kosher salt
olive oil
onion, thinly sliced
paprika
potato, small diced cubes
red bell pepper, diced
tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced (can use good quality organic canned diced tomatoes)
water
yellow bell pepper, diced, if not using add more red and green bell pepper(optional)
