100g self raising flour
142ml oz double cream
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons hazelnuts, chopped
75g good quality dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
a splash of brandy, rum, Amaretto or Baileys
for the chocolate sauce
teaspoon baking powder
tin of black cherries, drained
