1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 cup olive oil, the lightest you can find
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Tapioca Starch
2 1/2 3 cups powdered sugar
2 3/4 cups My GF Flour Mix (See additional recipe)
2 cups Rice Flour
2 tablespoons vanilla bean paste or 1 vanilla bean scraped
2/3 cups Potato Starch
