2 large tablespoons runny honey
2 limes
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
200g fine green beans
250g rice noodles
4 cloves of garlic

KIMCHEE SLAW
NOODLES
a 2cm piece of fresh ginger
a Chinese cabbage
a cos or romaine lettuce
a small bunch of fresh coriander
a small bunch of radishes
a small bunch of spring onions
chili sauce
lime juice
olive oil
optional: a few fresh kaffir lime leaves
prawn crackers
sea salt & black pepper
sesame oil
soy sauce
