Grilled Veggie Salad with Goat Cheese and White Truffle Oil

1 pint large mushrooms
1 2 onions
1 2 tablespoon fresh basil, chiffonade
1 3 of your favorite squash
1.5 tablespoons white truffle oil
3 tablespoons chimichurri, pesto, Italian salsa verde or other similar fresh green sauce
4 ounces goat cheese
6 8 cups of mixed lettuces (butter, endive, romaine, etc)
6 8 medium or roma tomatoes
Cooking spray
Favorite poultry spice or season salt
Juice of a lemon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
