1/2 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups chopped mixed greens I used turnip, mustard and collards
4 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces long pasta (I use a whole wheat linguini that I buy at the Farmer's Market)
salt and pepper
