1 2 fresh figs, sliced very thinly, top to bottom
1/2 teaspoon honey
4 leaves fresh mint, chopped
Blue cheese for crumbling on top
fresh lime juice
good quality olive oil
hunk of canteloupe (or similar melon), sliced thinly into 3" strips
salt and pepper
small handful Marcona almonds
