300g/11oz haricot beans, rinsed, drained, then left to soak in water overnight
300g/11oz raw tiger prawns, shell on
40g/1½oz unsalted butter
6 sprigs fresh chervil, roughly chopped
75ml/3fl oz dry vermouth or Noilly Pratt
salt and freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
