Pork and Pinto Bean Chili, Pressure Cooker Variation

Ingredients in this Recipe

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups dried pinto beans
2 medium onions, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
3 cups Homemade Chicken Stock, or canned low sodium chicken broth, skimmed of fat
3 poblano chiles
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
