1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot chili powder
1 teaspoon icing sugar
1 x 250g good quality beef filet (approximately 12cm in length)
2 cups sushi rice
2 limes, cut into wedges, to serve
3 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
a pinch of poppy seeds
a pinch of sea salt
optional: aonori ko (dried seaweed)
