1 bunch green onions, chopped (green parts only)
1 cup quinoa, rinsed and cooked
1 lemon, large
1 yellow onion, fine diced
2 cups dried cranberries, chopped
2 cups hazelnuts, toasted de skinned and chopped
2 fuji apples or your favorite variety
3 tablespoons grapeseed or canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
