1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted until golden brown in a hot skillet
1 teaspoon sugar
1½ teaspoons Japanese soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons Japanese or Chinese sesame oil
½ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
½ teaspoon kosher salt
