  • 2 cups dashi
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls of natto, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons brown aka miso
  • 2 tablespoons sweet white miso, such as Saikkyo
  • A handful of wakame seaweed
  • Scallions to garnish
