1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup organic cane sugar
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup slivered crystalized ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground cumin
